Tell me what went wrong — or what's missing.

One person reads every message. Bug reports, missing features, confusing wording, pricing questions — all welcome. Replies go to your email when you leave one.

Steps are more useful than adjectives: "clicked Export, chose PDF, nothing happened" beats "export does not work".

If the form does not go through (China mainland networks sometimes fail), send the same text to [email protected]. Nothing is tracked here: no analytics, no cookies, no third-party scripts.
